This project consisted of six apartment buildings, totaling 316 units as well as a clubhouse, fitness center, and saltwater pool.

 

LV’s work included:

- Foundations and slabs

- Sitework concrete 

- Sidewalks and curbs

- Dumpster enclosures

- Traffic circle

The project was constructed in two phases over 26 months.
