Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure continued service and equipment availability for all our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy for laser screed rentals: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pour time will incur no penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled pour time will be charged a cancellation fee of $500. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with preparing the equipment and scheduling an operator for your project.
