Chesterbrook Parking Structure

The Chesterbrook Parking Structure is a 49,814 sq. ft. cast-in-place parking garage built over an existing parking lot adding 180 parking spaces to the Chesterbrook Corporate Center in Wayne, PA.

We utilized the Peri Skydeck form system to complete this project. Because this is a cast-in-place structure, LV's scope consisted of everything from excavation, backfill, foundations, columns, walls, slab-on-grade, suspended slabs, suspended cast-in-place stairs, curb and sidewalk.

The unique wall design required the use of formliner to match the existing building. This project consisted of over 2500 cubic yards of concrete and 270 tons of rebar.
