The 155 KOP project consists of a 150,000 square-foot office building with a basement and an 830-car precast parking garage. This project will also house the future Radnor Hotel which will connect to the office building via the courtyard/sidewalk.

 

LV’s work included: 

• Footing excavation/backfill/stone base 

• Heavy foundations 

• Walls 

• Slab-on-metal-deck 

• Slab-on-grade 

• Sidewalks/Concrete paving 

• Topping in the garage 

 

This project had a total of 6,500 cubic yards of concrete and LV was able to help gain two and a half weeks on the schedule by expediting the slab work. LV had zero safety incidents on this high-paced project.
