This 196,937 sq. ft. structure located at the 101 North Queen Street block in Lancaster, PA will hold the Lancaster Public Library, a nine-level parking garage, retail space, an event terrace, and a green roof.

 

LV’s work included:

- Foundations

- Concrete walls

- 26,000 sq. ft. of slab on grade

- 35,000 sq. ft. of concrete topping

- Sidewalk and curb

- Suspended post tension ramp

The ramp connects Duke Street to the third level of the parking garage and is the access to and from the garage. Although logistically challenging with little to no laydown for material and equipment, LV was able to develop a delivery/sequence plan and execute it safely and timely.
