This 140,000 sq. ft. medical office building in York, PA provides a variety of healthcare services including outpatient, cancer care, operating rooms, MRI, CT, PET, linear accelerators, heart & vascular clinic with cardiac rehab, a gymnasium, administrative support spaces, and corridor connection to the hospital.

- Slabs on grade

- Slabs on deck 

- Structural supported slab Linac 7' thick

- All exterior site concrete
